I was fortunate that Leonisa and team managed to fit me into their schedule within a couple of hours of my phone call. I was all setup and ready to test my machine that same night. The consultation was amazing stress-free, no pressure, and I truly got the sense that they were looking out for what would work for me and nothing else. Michael the sales rep was very very helpful , pleased with the machine and l also purchased a travel machine which l have used already and a lot easier to transport than the big one, pity the travel machine does not come with battery operated also that would be a big asset.
